- Field Instrument Installation
- Various Analyser systems Installation works
- Complete Plant lighting system Installation works
- Gas detection System Instruments Installation works
- Fire Alarm System Instruments Installation works
- CCTV system and associated Installation works
- Tubing Installation works for Field Instruments and Seam Tracing
- Electrical Distribution boards, RCU and Other Electrical equipment installations
- Earthing and Lightning system Installation works
- Fire water Line Electrical and Instrumentation works.
- Plant area cable Tray and ladder Installation works
- Instrument and Electrical Cable pulling and glanding works. Cable includes Single and Multipair cables, LV and MV Cables of various sizes. Overall quantity was more than 250 kilometres.
- Street Lighting design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning works
- Complete Lighting system design, supply, Installation and commissioning works for the Central control room (CCR)
- CCR Panels and associated items installation works
- Various electrical panels Installation works inside the Substation room.
Overall project duration was about 15 months and at peak over 400 persons were working under this project.
Received Certificate of appreciation from End user for ‘5,000,000 safe Manhours without LTI’
We have also provided major assistance in supplying various electrical and instrument bulk materials and instruments for this project.
Necessary Engineering support including shop drawing preparations were provided.
Ongoing plant maintenance and upgradation support till date.
